Agree with the getting the flag if you holed out first – unless you are the one keeping score or someone put their clubs on the flag. As soon as you put your clubs over the flag – you have said, I will get the flag. I am NOT getting your f’ing clubs AND the flag 🙂

Divots left unrepaired on the greens. See far too many, try to fix ones others left if time allows.

you forgot one. this drives me crazy “nice putt” with the ball tracking to the hole still – inevitable lip out.

Holding up the entire course because you are in, what appears to be, a U.S. Open qualifying round.

People moving around when someone is hitting. Just hold still for 5 seconds, honestly.

Having to putt through Poker Chip size markers that are like 1/4 inch in height.

I’m with you on that one. I always use dimes, pushed down into the grass. And they’re inexpensive; only cost 10 cents. I don’t understand why you need to show off with your specially minted silver dollar or the poker chip from Reno. A ball marker should allow a ball to roll over it if hit off-direction and it shouldn’t be a distraction in the corner of your eye. Putting is hard enough…

And i thought i was the only one. I’ve told people before “might as well just leave your ball there if you are going to mark it with a giant poker chip”. Pennies and dimes for me sometimes in real casual twilight golf i might use a tee (only if its nowhere near anyones line)

Let people express their personality. If they want something flashy that makes them feel better, then so be it. I use everything from a poker chip to the flat plastic disks at the counter. Lighten up Francis.

i use a thicker market but make sure to move it off my partners line if there’s ANY question about it being in the way.

Without question the drive-OB-puts-down-another-ball-and-sprays-a-second-ball-OB in one continuous motion followed by “I’m working on some things” and “I’ll play from where you are”

Somebody who shanks his driver and sprays the ball into the deep bush and expects everybody else to search for his ProV1 status ball. I just refuse.
