Published

The week came and went with the anticipation of the #DrivingRelief skins coming this weekend. There were some fun nuggets in SM, so let’s get to it!

I love all the players in this thing…

…but let’s be honest, the real star of this show is Seminole.

Got a small chuckle out of this one…..

I did.

GOD HAS A PLAN. ALWAYS! Less than 2 months ago I was on here telling you that I lost my job due to COVID-19. Tough break, like so many. NOW, I’m here to tell you that we’re about to fulfill a dream that is YEARS in the making!? ? What you’re looking at is the HOME OF #BRYANGOLF and @SteezandTees! Thanks to a few things falling our way, including a local business owner deciding to make a shift in her career and allowing us to take over her space in a very special location inside our community of Fleming Island, Florida, we can officially announce that we have a custom fitting studio of our very own. ? ? What does this mean? This means there is no more working for anyone but ourselves. This means YOU coming to ME to get fit for your next set of custom built golf clubs. This means YOU have a place where you are always welcome to grow your game and talk GOLF! This means less promo codes and more BUYING PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM US AT THE BEST PRICES! This means that @melshelgolf and I will continue to lead and be a voice for the growing community of golfers that want to share their love of the game with others!? ? THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT THROUGH EVERYTHING! I KNOW PEOPLE SAY IT A LOT, BUT TRULY, WE WOULDN’T BE DOING WHAT WE’RE DOING IF IT WASN’T FOR YOU AND YOUR SUPPORT. THIS WAS ALWAYS OUR DREAM SINCE WE STARTED SELLING GOLF SHOES OUT OF OUR LIVING ROOM. (IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW!) ? ? In the next month we’ll be working with our brand partners to get ready for fittings, entertainment, and more of your custom builds from across the world! (Seriously, I’ve sent clubs to places I never knew existed!)? ? I’ll leave you with this last bit. ? ? GOD HAS YOUR BACK. IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE IN GOD, THEN I HAVE YOUR BACK! NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR LIFE, YOU CAN OVERCOME THE MISFORTUNES AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO! DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE. NOT YOUR MOM. DAD. BROTHER. SISTER. BEST FRIEND. @JOHNNYKNOWSBEST ON INSTAGRAM. BLOCK ‘EM ALL OUT AND GO WORK HARD AND ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS. I’M STEALING FROM @GARYVEE AT THIS POINT BUT LAST TIME I CHECKED, THIS SHOULDN’T BE NEWS TO YOU. YOU HAVE ONE LIFE. NOW GO DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH IT!? ?

We will be living in a new world when the tour starts up…

Will it ever go back to normal? Or is there such thing as normal anymore?

I am excited for this…

Hopeful is a better way to say it.

While Sunday was a dramatic day at the Masters, many golf fans were left feeling frustrated by the CBS final round coverage.

There were plenty of moments that golf fans took to social media to air their frustrations on Sunday over, including a lack of shots being shown throughout the day, being behind the live action, confusion over the approach shots of the final group on 18, and providing an angle for the winning putt where the cup couldn’t be seen.

The surprise club Tommy Fleetwood says is key to his Masters chances

Published

on

Tommy Fleetwood goes in search for the first major victory of his career again this week, with the Englishman proving to be a popular pick at Augusta National.

Fleetwood’s best showing at Augusta came back in 2024 where he finished T3, and while speaking at his pre-tournament press conference, the 35-year-old emphasized the importance of his 9-wood in his pursuit of the green jacket.

Speaking on Tuesday to media, Fleetwood said:

“It’s a great 9-wood golf course. I think it’s always been — I can’t remember when I first put like a 9-wood in or a high lofted club, but it’s a perfect like 9-wood golf course. I’ve had that in the bag for a few years.”

The Englishman continued, revealing that his strategy for the week won’t just be to hit driver off the tee as much as possible:

“Yeah, it’s funny really because I know Augusta is probably associated with being fairly forgiving off the tee in a way, so you think you can whale around driver a little bit. But I don’t necessarily think that’s always the play for me. I think there’s holes that set up really well where I can draw it with the mini driver if I’m feeling less comfortable with the driver and things like that.”

That strategy he believes will make his TaylorMade Qi10 9-wood extra critical this week in Georgia:

“The biggest thing is the 9-wood for me. If I can put myself in position on the par-5s or the 4th long par-3, like it — for me, I can’t really hit that high 4-iron, so 9-wood helps me a lot.”
