Nothing is more beautiful than a well-timed and coordinated action in any sport—especially golf! You can always tell when someone is fighting their swing or desperately trying to control their actions, which always leads to sabotage of fluid motion. Even more, there is no way to get to a state of flow where time slows down and confidence soars when you are micromanaging a herd of body parts—you focus on one, the other falls apart, and you keep chasing your tail trying to put all those fires out! This video is another fantastic stepping stone from the hornet’s nest back to the calm meadow.

    Use legs, lag clubhead could’ve reached the lesson’s destination in 5 minutes. Less is more.

    Coach needs to widen his swing to combat disconnect and bobbing.
