This one goes way back for us and has been such a great drill through the years to quiet the center of the swing, which immediately improves your shot dispersion and ball contact. It also makes it impossible to come over the top and to hit fat shots! And for those of you who have lost some speed and distance, you will most probably get it back in spades here!
