Slideshow: Bubba’s Hole-in-One

Bubba Watson made a hole-in-one during his Wednesday practice round on Augusta National’s famed 16th hole, a par 3 that was measuring 161 yards.

Bubba was the first to tee off in his group, which included Scott Piercy and Rickie Fowler. His 9-iron shot landed right of the pin, but caught a slope that trickled the ball back down toward the hole.

Like Tiger Woods’ famous chip in during the 2005 Masters on the same hole, the ball sat on the edge of the cup before dropping in the hole.

Aces are awesome, but we’re pretty sure Bubba would have rather saved it for the tournament action that begins tomorrow morning.
