GolfWRX is live from Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio, site of the Word Golf Championship-Bridgestone Invitational.

The WGC event is held at Firestone’s South Course, which has been a favorite of the modern era’s greatest players. Tiger Woods has won the event a record seven times (1999, 2000, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009), and Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson, Nick Price, Jose Maria Olazabal, Greg Norman, Phil Mickelson, David Duval and Vijay Singh have all also won at Firestone.

Three of golf’s brightest stars, Hunter Mahan (31), Adam Scott (33) and Keegan Bradley (27), have also won at the South Course the last three years.
