GolfWRX adds YouTube Star Mark Crossfield to Featured Writer Program
GolfWRX, the largest online golf community in the world, has added golf YouTube Star and PGA Professional Mark Crossfield to its Featured Writer Program.
With GolfWRX, Crossfield will launch the latest installment of his Golf Swing Weekly Fix Series. The series will be published on GolfWRX’s Front Page, as well as on Crossfield’s popular YouTube Channel, which features golf tips and equipment reviews. Crossfield also maintains a second YouTube Channel, AskGolfGuru, which answers fan questions with short, easy-to-understand video responses. Together, the two channels total more than 220,000 subscribers.
As part of the agreement, Crossfield will also collaborate with GolfWRX’s Editorial Team to create videos that are tailored to GolfWRX readers.
“As a golfer first and foremost, I found myself constantly watching Mark’s videos over the years,” said Richard Audi, President and Founder of GolfWRX. “His unbiased reviews and data-driven analysis is borderline addictive, so it’s no surprise why he’s as popular as he is. Mark’s professionalism and modern approach to educating readers makes him an excellent addition to our team.”
Crossfield, 40, has been coaching golfers for 20 years. He is considered an innovator in the digital golf space, specifically on YouTube, and started making the videos for which he’s known seven years ago.
“The Featured Writer Program is well on its way to offering our readers access to the unique perspectives and insights of the smartest people in the business,” said GolfWRX Editor-In-Chief Zak Kozuchowski. “Mark gets us closer to that goal. Working together, we can make a bigger splash and benefit more golfers than we could separately.”
GolfWRX currently attracts more than 2 million peak unique views per month, and more than 18 million page views per month, making it one of the most visited golf websites in the world. The Featured Writer Program boasts more than 100 contributors from around the world, and includes writers with specialized knowledge in all facets of the game of golf.

Testing Lorem Ipsum
What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

Photos from the 2026 PGA Championship
GolfWRX is on site for the second major of 2026: The PGA Championship from Aronimink in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
The tournament’s location, just outside Philadelphia, and its status as a major championship mean GolfWRXers are in for a treat: WITBs from a strong field, custom gear celebrating the PGA Championship, and the rich culture of the City of Brotherly Love — we have noted a relative absence of cheesesteak-themed items thus far this week, but most of the rest of the usual suspects are well represented.

Mark is very frank and has a great ability to explain and cure. I never heard the comment attributed to him about shaft. Anybody who is unbiased is welcome in today’s ad driven hype. I really like the fact that he doesn’t take himself seriously and always has fun. I think that I’ve watched all of his videos and his solutions often help.

Great additions to WRX with Mark Crossfield and Rick Shiels! Both are terrific reviewers of clubs and technology as well as having insight into the golf swing too. Now all you need to add is Me and My Golf guys too and complete the trifecta.

Awful news. This guy is a grade A joker. “Shaft flex doesn’t matter” is the funniest thing i’ve ever heard. Annoying, arrogant moron.
Once heard a pro refer to him as the “Timmy Mallett of golf”, not far off. Stupid glasses and all!

I also feel like Mark basically doesn’t respect his audience and always seems to get in little “you’re so stupid” quibbles with them when his expertise is challenged. To me, he comes off as a very insecure, argumentative guy under all that “banter” and joking. I predict his head pops off and he implodes in the comments section within the first 90 days 🙂

He is indeed the antithesis of what seems to drive the GolfWrx community. And he’s very antagonistic/reactionary when his ideas and expertise are challenged at all – I don’t think this will work out 🙂

Golf doesn’t need to be so serious sometimes guys. Mark and his advise is for the game improvement segment which is arguably a much larger percentage than the scratch golfer. He has fun and is enjoyable to watch. Lighten up.

I like the way Mark cuts through marketing hype on clubs and shafts to give unbiased reviews that give realistic data to consider. In a way it’s like Mark is a golf friend who helps make my golf game and equipment better.

Someone explain to me what the difference between “peak unique views” and “page views”
“GolfWRX currently attracts more than 2 million peak unique views per month, and more than 18 million page views per month, making it one of the most visited golf websites in the world.”
makaveli

I believe “peak unique” is for a single topic/article and “page views” is basically everything

Great…….. bring on the one guys who tells everybody that shaft flex has nothing to do with anything and that you are all wasting your time and money looking for the right shaft on WRX. Hilarious.

Hey Mark! One favor? Now that you have access to the other staff, find out who wrote the stupid “Swanson: How to Choose the 14 Clubs in Your Bag” article and hit him square in the bollocks with a Ping Doc 17 Putter.
