With irons, good players have their center of gravity over the ball, not behind, at impact.

Very informative video and very important too…. particularly the door jamb image.
It seems to me that the positioning of the hips through the downswing is important. If your hips slide and not clearing, your head goes forward…. and if your hips block your head freezes or keeps going back in a reverse pivot fashion. Do I have that right, Shawn?

Personally I have tried to implement Shawn’s teachings to my swing and have seen positive results.
