After starting the tournament slowly and sitting well off the pace early, McIlroy surged back into contention with strong weekend play, ultimately closing with a final-round 68 to finish at 10-under par.

Those new Proh long irons from TEE look incredible. And for the price, they should sell very well. Hoping to pick up a couple soon. Wish I could get them just head only.

You don’t tip taper tip shafts.

I knew this comment was coming, just because someone hits the ball a long way doesn’t automatically mean they need X-flex. Your tempo specifically in the change of direction has more to do with what flex you should play. And just because most pro’s have a band on their shafts that say X-flex doesn’t mean that’s what they’re really playing. With all the custom adjustments made for them in the tour vans those flexes would be all over the charts.

I would have sworn he was hitting an Adams hybrid today.

He’s a Cleveland/Srixon Staffer and he only plays their wedges? He must just have a hat and ball deal I’m guessing?
