If there is only one tour pro you want to emulate fairway wood shots from, watch Sergio hit fairway woods. He consistently hits divots from the fairway and from the tee since he has so much forward shaft lean on impact.

Your angle of attack is too steep. Flaten it out a bit and you will be able to flight the ball better.
