10 interesting photos from Tuesday at the Valero Texas Open

Published

on

In yesterday’s edition of “Interesting Photos” from the Valero Texas Open, we brought you giant cowboy boots. Unfortunately, we don’t have any further gargantuan footwear for your perusal today.

We do, however, have some singular sightings and cool in-hand shots as the gents prepare to take on the Oaks Course at TPC San Antonio. Check ’em out below.

Gotta love Chris Stroud’s “Houston Strong” stamping

New Bettinardi putter-covering devices

Fourteen’s new woods feature some seriously shallow faces

Better put that club on ice!

Watch where you’re putting that thing! Probably not a good time to mention this looks like a drill to avoid rocking toward the ball (aka humping it) during the swing…

Some pretty sweet Circle T bag tags. Is the bag for tour use only, or just the tag? Hmm.

Trying the old backwards shot, it looks like

Geoff Ogilvy’s drool-worthy early run Scotty Cameron Napa

Fine-looking Piretti sole

And finally, “Flow Goals: Kevin Na Edition”

Check out all our photos from Tuesday at the 2018 Valero Texas Open below!

This Fourteen club shown looks like a clone of the Callaway X Hot hybrid. What’s with that? It certainly doesn’t look like anything new. If you like this go on line and get an X hit.

Photos from the 2026 PGA Championship

GolfWRX is on site for the second major of 2026: The PGA Championship from Aronimink in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.

The tournament’s location, just outside Philadelphia, and its status as a major championship mean GolfWRXers are in for a treat: WITBs from a strong field, custom gear celebrating the PGA Championship, and the rich culture of the City of Brotherly Love — we have noted a relative absence of cheesesteak-themed items thus far this week, but most of the rest of the usual suspects are well represented.
