Cameron Champ’s amazing loading and unloading of his Catapulting Arm Unit
When Cameron Champ describes his action, he uses one word: slingshot. This is a great description of what his action is. See in this video how his backswing is a gorgeous gathering and loading of the arm-club unit that positions itself to be collected by the kinetic chain that is the Cameron Champ Catapulting Slingshot! Enjoy!

Club Junkie WITB, week 15: Tied for first in league!
Right now, I am tied for first place in my league! Don’t worry, the wheels will fall off as we get further into the year, but let’s keep the train rolling with 14 brand new clubs this week. We are off on the back nine again, so the driver is back in, and the 7-wood is out, as the course dictates what clubs I tend not to use. Excited to get these New Level irons out there and see if I can catch some of that driver magic I had down at Pinehurst with the Wilson Dynapwr+.

Good video…more focus should be put into proper arm and hand function.
Nicely done looking forward to more videos in the future!

Nice video Shawn, and aimed at the average recreational golfer… who can only relate to imagery and feel. However when you are talking about “catapulting the arm unit” you can only explain it scientifically to be accurate.
Have you studied the work of Dr. Steven Nesbitt on his alpha-beta-gamma torque analysis to better explain yourself? Here’s an interesting scientific paper that might help you:

I suggest you look at a Moe Norman swing at the finish. Nice and high. Considered one of the best ball strikers ever.

Shaw,
Great video! You really should contact Bobby Greenwood. He has been teaching this type of movement for 30 plus years. You would enjoy speaking with him. Greenwood is a retired PGA pro who not only teaches a solid fundamental, he also plays to it and with success. Check him out and give him a call.

Muscles contract ie pull.
Position ourselves ahead of the ball during the BS
and we are in position to pull from both sides through impact.
Is it really any more complicated.

Excellent visualization for the down swing. My inconsistency has been diagnosed by your slingshot video. Before impact my rt. elbow stops leading and quits moving where the forearm and hands throw the club at the ball. Great job. keep them coming.
