The pros you see on tour got this body language right when they were playing junior golf because their swings were fearless and their attention was on beating their opponents to their targets in the fewest amount of strokes possible.

The human machine once again is suited for following what the focus you are holding in your mind at the time you are swinging; if you hold the wrong thing in your mind, you will pay the price. Learn to place the right things front and centre in the mind and you will be amazed at what your machine is capable of!
