That must be an old file photo, because he’s got a HZRDUS smoke shaft in whatever he’s swingin’ in this picture.

Looked more like a Mavrik than a BB21.

Nothing about Barkley’s swing would suggest that he use an x stiff shaft.

I was about to ask same thing, he probably have X shafts, but they are useless in his case.
Like in most amateur cases, but hey, you looks like a pro even slicing and hooking it everywhere!

Fore sure. Stiff maybe, but not x-flex. He would have to carry the ball 260 according to MCA’s website and I don’t see Chuck doing that even on a good day. Maybe it’s a ego thing for him.

Barkley is a big guy, with heavy arms.
Heavy arms create huge momentum p=mv

The deceleration at impact(kinematic sequence) puts big stresses on the shaft: bending, droop, twisting…all good reasons for shaft tip to be as stiff as possible.

PS happy to see Charles golf swing improved once he got away from Haney.

Interested in the scar on his elbow/forearm – anyone have any info on it? Thanks
