At the 2022 Houston Open, Tony Finau took the title at Memorial Park. Entering the final round with a four-shot lead, Finau quickly extended his advantage to as many as eight shots on the back nine, effectively removing any suspense before closing with a 1-under 69 to secure a four-stroke victory. He finished at 16-under par for the tournament, highlighted by a brilliant 62 in the second round that helped build his cushion early.
