Great to see the TXG content in WRX. Data led decision making! I’m a big fan of these guys and they aren’t scared to dispell a myth or two (recent ep on steel shafts in woods/hybrids)

I play the EFSZ and don’t think I’ll be switching any time soon. Most of my potential strokes gained is in approach distance and putts per hole.

The Mav may not be any longer than the Flash, but it feels and sounds 1000 times better.

Just goes to show how awesome last years drivers are. G410 LST wasn’t any longer than the G400 LST in one of their other reviews. Rick Shields got about same yardages between Cobra F9 and SZ. RS was also longer with the M5/M6 vs the SIM line. Albeit TXG got better yardages out of the SIM.
The “latest and greatest” is only as good as last years model now. OEMs have hit an innovation wall last year

I just had a fitting and the Mavrik was much better than the Epic Flash for me, it is all about matching shafts and heads to individuals. I really wanted to fit the SIM but it just wouldn’t perform in my hands as well as the Mavrik so, I am now a Callaway guy. Everybody should get fitted on a monitor by a professional, that is the only way to be sure.
